Gwinnett Council of PTAs now consists of
three councils.

Area I Gwinnett Council of PTAs
Includes local PTA units in the Brookwood, South Gwinnett,
Shiloh, Meadowcreek and Parkview Clusters of Gwinnett County.  


Area II Gwinnett Council of PTAs
Includes local PTA units in the North Gwinnett, Collins Hill,
Peachtree Ridge, Norcross and Duluth Cluster of Gwinnett County.


Area III Gwinnett Council of PTAs
Includes local PTA units in the Berkmar, Central Gwinnett,
Dacula, Grayson, and Mill Creek Clusters of Gwinnett County.  


The Mission for all three councils is to create a strong
sense of community among local units ensuring success through
shared resources, networking and training opportunities.

Emerging Minority Leadership Conference
October 17 - 18

The Emerging Minority Leaders Conference was created to recognize and reinforce the importance of
minority leaders in PTA's future growth in Georgia.  Presenters include PTA National President Jan
Domene; Dr. Karen Dade, Spelman College; Dr. Thomas Lockamy, Superintendent of Savannah
Chatham Public Schools; and Dr. Norman Thomas, Past President of Georgia PTA.
